Seville Hill Cellar Door - Private Wine Tasting

Our Cellar Door is now open on weekends for tasting.

Book your place with winemaker John D’Aloisio for a personal guided wine tasting and excite your palate with a wide range of wines at the Seville Hill Cellar Door. Tasting will include our current and cellar release wines like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sparkling Blanc de Blanc and will also include various European varieties like Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Tempranillo.

A tasting fee of $10 per person is charged for our Everyday tasting of 5 wines which is redeemable on wine purchases.

You can also upgrade your tasting on the day to $20 per person to add our European and Special wines range, a selection of up to 8 wines, this is also redeemable on purchase of any wines.

Our wine tasting session will have a maximum time limit of 45 minutes per group booking with a maximum of 10 people, you will experience a one on one with the winemaker, tasting a minimum of 5 wines of your choice and have time to ask as many questions that you might have about the wine and it’s process from vine to bottle.
